National Milk Chocolate Day 2020.

As the USA celebrate National Milk Chocolate Day today, so we received a very timely delivery of Chocolate Bars from Zotter – Austrian chocolatiers with a passion for organic, fairtrade chocolate and a unique collection of high cocoa content milk chocolate bars.

Amongst today’s chocolate delivery were their Labooko Peru 45%, Labooko Ecuador 50%, Labooko Nicaragua 60%, Labooko Panama 35% and ‘the World’s best milk chocolate bar – their Labooko Nicaragua 50% milk chocolate bar.

Each with a superb flavour profile, unique to the single-origin cocoa used in each bar. Their Labooko Nicaragua 50% bar is considered the Best milk chocolate bar in the World, as judged by Georg Bernardini (professional chocolate tester). It’s been created with cocoa beans from Nicaragua, and offers a very good balance of reduced sugar & cocoa, with a creamy texture and flavour.

Zotter’s chocolates are bean to bar (Cacaofevier), Fairtrade and organic.
